See their location live

Want to see where someone is in real time? Tap their profile, then select Live Location.

The app connects to their phone. A green dot means they’re online.

As they move, their pin moves on the map. You can also see their speed in the corner.

If location updates stop, the dot turns grey. You’ll still see when their location was last updated.

If you can’t reach their phone, it could be offline, turned off, or have a weak signal. You’ll see their last known location, plus a battery warning if one is available.

Tap Try again to reconnect. Once their phone responds, you’ll see their live location again.

Live Location is a Premium feature. If you’re on the free plan, tap See Plans to explore your upgrade options.
