This page explains how WheresNow subscriptions are billed, renewed, cancelled and refunded.

Plans

WheresNow is free to use. Paid plans add features:

• Free: chat, location history for the past 2 days, basic device information, battery and connection status, and 1 private circle.
• Personal: everything in Free, plus 2 months of location history, Live Tracking mode, detailed address reporting and up to 10 circles.
• Family: Personal features for everyone in one circle of up to 6 people (you and up to 5 others) with a single subscription. Members who already have their own Personal subscription don't count towards the limit.

Prices vary by country. The final price, including any tax, is shown in the App Store or Google Play before you confirm.

Billing

Subscriptions are sold only through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Apple or Google takes the payment; we never see your card details. You can choose monthly or yearly billing.

No free trial is offered at the moment.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. We'll tell you in advance if a price changes.

How to cancel

• iPhone or Apple Watch: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → WheresNow → Cancel Subscription. See Apple's instructions.
• Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → WheresNow → Cancel. See Google's instructions.

Deleting the app or your WheresNow account does not cancel a store subscription. You keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies:

• Request a refund from Apple
• Request a refund from Google Play

If you live in the EU or the UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. Apple or Google sells the subscription to you, so you use this right through them, with the refund links above. When you subscribe, you ask for paid features to start straight away. If you withdraw within the 14 days, the store may keep a payment for the part of the period you've already used, where the law allows. This doesn't affect your other legal rights as a consumer.
