මට notifications නොලැබෙන්නේ ඇයි?

ඔබට Place alerts හෝ SOS notifications නොලැබේ නම්, සාමාන්‍යයෙන් එයට හේතුව alerts suppress කරන device-level notification settings හෝ battery optimization features වේ.

ඔබේ Settings Check කරන්න

1. Push Notifications Enable කරන්න

WheresNow ට notifications send කිරීමට permission ඇති බව සහතික කරන්න.

• iOS: Settings > Notifications > WheresNow > Allow Notifications. Alerts (Lock Screen, Notification Center, Banners) enabled බව සහතික කරන්න.
• Android: Settings > Apps > WheresNow > Notifications > Show notifications.

2. "Do Not Disturb" හෝ "Focus Mode" Disable කරන්න

ඔබේ phone එක incoming alerts silence කරන mode එකක තිබේද check කරන්න. High-priority SOS alerts ideally මේවා bypass කළ යුතු නමුත්, system settings check කිරීම හොඳයි.

3. Circle Notification Settings Check කරන්න

Notification triggers per Circle set වේ.

• WheresNow app එක open කරන්න.
• Circle එක select කරන්න.
• "Settings" tap කර, ඔබ monitor කිරීමට කැමති members සඳහා "Place Alerts" active බව සහතික කරන්න.

4. Background Data Usage

Alerts send සහ receive කිරීමට WheresNow ට background data අවශ්‍ය වේ.

• Android: Settings > Apps > WheresNow > Mobile data > Allow background data usage.
• iOS: Settings > WheresNow > Background App Refresh (ON විය යුතුය).

Notifications තවමත් නොලැබේ නම්, සියලු system permissions reset කිරීමට app එක reinstall කර බලන්න.
