எனக்கு notifications ஏன் வரவில்லை?

உங்களுக்கு Place alerts அல்லது SOS notifications வரவில்லை என்றால், அது பொதுவாக device-level notification settings அல்லது alerts-ஐ suppress செய்யும் battery optimization features காரணமாக இருக்கும்.

1. Push Notifications Enable செய்யுங்கள்

WheresNow-க்கு notifications அனுப்ப permission உள்ளதா என்பதை உறுதிசெய்யுங்கள்.

• iOS: Settings > Notifications > WheresNow > Allow Notifications. Alerts (Lock Screen, Notification Center, Banners) enabled உள்ளனவா உறுதிசெய்யுங்கள்.
• Android: Settings > Apps > WheresNow > Notifications > Show notifications.

2. "Do Not Disturb" அல்லது "Focus Mode" Disable செய்யுங்கள்

உங்கள் phone incoming alerts-ஐ silence செய்யும் mode-ல் உள்ளதா check செய்யுங்கள். High-priority SOS alerts ideally இதை bypass செய்ய வேண்டும், ஆனால் system settings-ஐ check செய்வது நல்லது.

3. Circle Notification Settings சரிபார்க்கவும்

Notification triggers ஒவ்வொரு Circle-க்கும் தனியாக set செய்யப்படுகின்றன.

• WheresNow app-ஐ open செய்யுங்கள்.
• Circle-ஐ select செய்யுங்கள்.
• "Settings"-ஐ tap செய்து, நீங்கள் monitor செய்ய விரும்பும் members-க்கான "Place Alerts" active உள்ளனவா உறுதிசெய்யுங்கள்.

4. Background Data Usage

Alerts அனுப்பவும் பெறவும் WheresNow-க்கு background data தேவை.

• Android: Settings > Apps > WheresNow > Mobile data > Allow background data usage.
• iOS: Settings > WheresNow > Background App Refresh (ON ஆக இருக்க வேண்டும்).

Notifications இன்னும் வரவில்லை என்றால், அனைத்து system permissions-ஐ reset செய்ய app-ஐ reinstall செய்து பாருங்கள்.
