Opting Out of Being Added to Bubbles

Bubbles are shared meetup spaces that any member of your Circle can create. By default, other Circle members can add you to a Bubble they create. If you'd rather decide for yourself, you can turn this off:

1. Go to Settings → Account → Bubble Privacy
2. Toggle off Allow others to add me to Bubbles

Once this is off, Circle members can no longer auto-add you to a Bubble they manage. You can still create your own Bubble, or join any Bubble yourself using a QR code.

Permanently Deleting Your Account

Deleting your account removes it, and your data, from WheresNow immediately and permanently.

1. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
2. Confirm your email address (or re-authenticate with Google/Apple if that's how you signed in)
3. Re-enter your password (or complete Google/Apple sign-in again) to confirm

Deletion happens right away and cannot be undone or reversed. There is no grace period or account recovery once it's confirmed. On deletion, your account is removed from WheresNow's servers, you're removed from every Circle, your location history is destroyed, and all local app data (including cached messages) is wiped from your device.
